At 7 p.m

Cindy  : Rini after the closing hours please gather the other employees in the meeting room.
Rini     : Ok, I will tell it to them.
(After the closing hours of the café)

Cindy  : Good evening everyone, I am sorry I gathering all of you in this time. I gather all of you because of I see that our cafe has less revenue lately. What’s wrong?

Dewi   : Yes miss because of lately the customer of our café is deserted

Santi    : Maybe it’s because there is a new café near here so the customers try to buy their product.

Rini     : Is there a new café near here?

Santi    : Yes, yesterday I passed in front of that café and there are many customers there.

Dewi   : Woah, so we have a new rival now.

Cindy  : It’s ok, the important is we have to improve our quality of food which we served. Improve our cooking and service skills, evaluate the employee hours, significantly increasing the number of prospects, and using social media marketing. Can you guys?

Dewi   : Yes miss, we will try it. Should we make a new menu?

Rini     : I think that’s good idea to make a new menu, so they will curious and try it then they will come to our café.

Cindy  : That’s right, I think for now we have to focus with the taste of our foods and drinks with adding some ingredients that make the aroma of food and drink more fragrant and delicious. So I ask for help for tomorrow to Dewi and others friends in the kitchen to make the food and drink which is the favorite menu of the customer to adding some ingredients, then me and the other friends will try your cooking.

Dewi   : Ok miss, me and the others friends in the kitchen will try to make the menu more delicious tomorrow.

Cindy  : Keep in mind to for the waiters in particular, we have to prioritize the orders that have been ordered early because I often hear that the waiters is very long to bring the orders so they look not enjoy with it.

Santi    : sorry if me and friends not deliver fast enough for the customer, because sometimes there is a customer who not impatient so it make us feel confuse.

Dewi   : Sorry for that miss, sometimes I feel confuse too when the café become crowded.

Cindy  : Ok then for the service problem in the cooking and serving I hope all of you more thoroughly so the customers are satisfied. And then for the prospect, I think we need to use social media marketing and accept delivery orders, but I need people who can promote our café in social media.

Dewi   : I think better if Rini who handle this because she busy when the customer has finished eating.

Cindy  : Can you Rin? Take it easy rin, I will help you to do this. Or do you want to handle the delivery order so I will handle the social media?

Rini     : Yes miss, I think I will handle the delivery order.

Cindy  : Ok, there is any question guys?

All       : No miss

Cindy  : Okay, I think enough for today. please clean up and we will go home. Thank you so much.
