Massive Face Mask, Hand Sanitizer Shortage Hit Regions

Many places has been lock down because of Covid-19. Many people have scary because of that virus. Indonesian also try to avoid them from Covid-19 by using mask and hand sanitizer wherever they go. However, there are many store and drugstore that out of stock mask. This is make us as human feel insecure because of this.
I was read an article from Jakarta Post. The title is “Massive face mask, hand sanitizer shortage hit regions”. That text giving information about there are many store and drugstore which out of stock of mask and hand sanitizer because of many people buy that things to avoid the from Covid-19, even the price is more expensive than before. But there are many people still ask the seller about mask even the seller said that they don’t have more mask. There is a school in Malang which makes hand sanitizer and produce it everyday, that’s hand sanitizer has 90% alcohol. Then, there are 3 person hoarder mask in Semarang and now they have been secured by the local police.
After I read that article, I have a question to my friends named Desnida. My question is :
From the text we can know that the sales of mask is increasingly rare. So, we have to protect ourselves from Covid-19 in our own way. What kind of steps that we have to do besides using a mask to protect ourselves from Covid-19?”
Then Desninda’s answer is :
There are many ways we can do to avoid the corona virus besides using a mask and hand sanitizer, which is to always wash your hands after handling any things, the second is avoiding hand contact with anyone to prevent the transmission of the corona virus, the third is avoid public places like malls , cinema, beach, etc. and stay at home for a while”.
